Unity Tree was created with one goal in mind, to make managing housing associations easier and more efficient so that those doing the job could have their time and freedom back.
Cloud based software allows you to be able to do the job from anywhere, and we’ve made it so doing that job is easier than ever.
In the beginning…
The idea for Unity Tree came about when a software developer named Phil ended up on the board of his HOA. He quickly noticed what a time consuming and frustrating job it was to help manage an HOA and thought “hey, why don’t I just create some software to help manage all this?”
Initially Phil created a simple data management software just for his HOA, but after talking to his friend Jaime (who was also a software developer and experienced business owner) they decided to partner, expand the software and make it something that could work for any HOA. Because if Phil and his board were experiencing these problems managing a small HOA, there must be others out there also in need of help.
Over the next 3 years, working nights and weekends around their 9 to 5 jobs and family obligations, these two friends built Unity Tree.

Located in the Pacific Northwest, Phil and Jaime are both professionals in their technical fields with over 30 years of combined experience. Being able to leverage that experience to create Unity Tree themselves, while it took time, means that the foundation of the software is incredibly robust.
This software was specifically built not only to handle very high volumes of customers and activity, but also to be able to expand features and functionality quickly and easily. Unity Tree will continue to grow in it’s capabilities and features for years to come, all to the benefit of our customers.
